Bought a caravan from this dealership 2 months ago. Lovely van reasonably priced 4 berth twin axel. Took our elddis xplore in part exchange for a higher than trade value. When we took the old van to them, they discovered damp. This wasn’t a problem and they still took the van in good will and the transaction was smooth. Cut to 2 months later and our van suffered a huge break failure across both axels. These things happen with any product purchased and it’s Tough to determine the cause but Mark collected the van, inspected it and fixed it all in a day and delivered it back to me. Cannot fault this place or rate them higher as I feel really well looked after as a customer. Would definitely recommend.

We bought our Xplore 304 from Active Leisure in 2020 brand new. I can honestly say their sales and after care service is the best I've experienced. We've had a few warranty issues and they've helped us every step of the way. We've recently sold our van back to them, the whole process was so easy and the price they offered was fair. Dropping the van off today and they gave us a bacon butty and offered us tea and coffee, service really doesn't come any better than that. Paula and the team are a pleasure to deal with. If you're looking to buy a caravan, I'd highly recommend that you visit them.
