Has been tremendously helpful when I had a problem in 2019 , giving me some good advice which helped me to get a solution. However I have not been able to get any assistance this year from them to fix a new problem. They are obviously a good outfit but when you have a certain number of good regular customers you are unable to take on new business . As was the case with me. So I have had to take my business elsewhere. They said they were to busy. I am understanding as I was a sole trader for 10 years and only have one pair of hands.
