Booking was very easy, all done online. Final payment taken over the phone. Collection/drop off & handover was very easy. Thank you to Karen for staying late for us as we got stuck in traffic due to an accident on the motorway! Karen took us through all we needed to know. Bruce was great, had everything we needed for a long Bank Holiday weekend. Very easy to drive. All the bits like turning the fridge on, emptying the waste, waste water, topping up the water was very straight forward & great to have a booklet to remind us. Very good experience & will use again.
Super friendly and easy to deal with. Comprehensive explanation of how home's equipment worked to a first time "homer". The home was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
