Hendre Mynach Caravan & Camping park

First visit to Wales, loved walking through breathtaking scenery using Hendre Mynach as a base. Campsite was clean and well laid out, busy but quiet. The field where we were allocated was very large and allowed children space to play away from any traffic. Easy to reach promenade over railway line and comfortable walk into Barmouth which is old fashioned seaside town , large beach, donkey rides , small fairground rides and amusements. We will definitely return in the future.

Excellent campsite. we've stayed here a handful of times and it's always been a pleasant experience. The customer service is fantastic. Check in to reception, staff are always friendly. You're given a map and you're shown to your pitch via golf cart which is very helpful. The staff we've found to always be very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. The pitches are always kept very clean and presentable and the facilities are spotless. A handy washing station and waste disposable facilities. The toilets and showers are always very clean and nice. They provide a small shop on site in case you need any essentials. Very well organised and presented campsite. Always a great stay the beach is only across train track and when the tide is out is a lovely walk and so peaceful. Would totally recommend this site, all the things you'd expect from a good camping experience. Will continue to visit in the future.

First time camping with the family. Lovely site, very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Toilets and shower blocks were well looked after and cleaned regularly. Short 15 minute walk into Barmouth and 2 minutes away from the beach. Plots were spacious and lots of grassed area for the kids to run around and play on. Small shop next to reception had all the essentials you would need and was wepp stocked. Enjoyed it so much we have booked to go again next year.
